Chicken Caesar Baked Wraps

I had so much love on my last baked wrap lunch prep I thought I’d do another version inspired by my favourite ever salad!! This has a creamy, lighter dressing and plenty of protein from the chicken & bacon as well as fibre from the chickpeas and mixed seeds! It’s super filling, packed with goodness and great as a salad, stuffed into a pitta or in a toasted wrap like I did!

I felt like I could of added more paprika or something for more flavour but otherwise really nice.

Really great recipe. Tastes great, and lasts well! I cut the bacon into pieces once cooked.
