Oven Baked Satay Chicken Noodle Dump Bag

I think if I could live on one thing for the rest of my life it would be a big bowl of noodles! I just love anything saucy and especially when that sauce is satay!! This is such a speedy dinner, you can either prep this as a dump bag or just throw it into the baking tray on the day- either way it is sooo hands off, cooks itself but is packed with so much fibre, protein and flavour and you can customise with whatever veggies you fancy toooo!

Notes

If you don't wish to make this as a dump bag, that's no problem- just skip prepping the bag and add everything straight to the baking dish!!

Want to make this veggie?

  • Swap the diced chicken breast for 2 x 400g tin of drained chickpeas OR 550g of diced halloumi

It’s likely they will need a little bit longer and a splash more liquid but I haven’t tried xx
