I absolutely loved this dinner and the flavours from the lemon and herbs were sooo tasty! I served loaded onto sometoasted flatbreads with a greek salad made just by chopping up some lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion and parsley and loaded it on with some high protein tzatsiki- I have popped the recipe for this in the notes too!

100000/10!!! I absolutely love a roast chicken dinner so when I saw this I was so excited and it did not disappoint! Forgot to take a photo in the oven dish, it looked so summery. The tzatziki was amazing, so much nicer than shop bought 🤩 will definitely be making again.
