Step 1
Add the diced beef, onion, carrots, celery and potatoes straight into the slow cooker. Add the tomato purée, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, mixed herbs and garlic granules too then season with a good amount of pepper and a little salt, then stir everything together.

Such a tasty, warming stew. We chucked another stock cube in to make it extra beefy because we didn’t think our beef would stretch that far - didn’t notice being tight with the beef 😂 the house smelled fab all day!
