Ingredients: 2 Leek; 3 Carrot; 1 Red onion; 2 lengths Celery; 1 pack Pigs in blankets; 2 tbsp Tomato puree; 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce; 1 tbsp Garlic granules; 2 tbsp Mixed herbs; 600 ml Chicken stock; 1 slash Worcestershire sauce; 4-5 tbsp Gravy granules; 1 tbsp Gravy browning

For me, a good sausage casserole is one of the best things to come out of the slow cooker but this little festive upgrade has now taken the top spot!!!! If you are a pigs in blanket lover, you will love this🥰❤️
