Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Make the Bombay gnocchi. Add the gnocchi to a bowl and spray well with olive oil. Add the tandoori or tikka paste, mild curry powder, garlic granules and a pinch of salt. Toss until all the gnocchi is nicely coated. Add to your air fryer and cook at 190°C for 14–18 minutes, giving the basket a good shake a couple of times, until golden and crispy.
