Cinnamon Raisin Protein Breakfast Loaf

If you liked my cinnamon raisin bagels, you will love this protein loaf made with cottage cheese. I am not the biggest lover of cottage cheese but I promise you can't taste it and it gives this loaf a huge boost of protein. It is lovely warm and toasted with a coffee in the morning and a great pre and post workout snack too!

Quite dense but definitely a top tip to toast it. I’m one of the rare people who actually likes cottage cheese(!) so I had it toasted with a dollop of cottage cheese and a drizzle of honey—completely delicious!

Tastes great and is filling. It's extremely dense... A bit like a rock haha! So I may have over cooked it.

Not tasted it yet. Cooked in the ninja 11in1 multicooker on steam bake setting so adjusted the timings. Excited to taste and see how it turns out 😋
