Really tasty! Great substitute for a big old burger… instead a big old bowl of the best bits 😋 we’re not a gherkin household BUT we did get adventurous with this one and although I may not have popped them all over I did chop some up and put them into the burger sauce 👌🏻 nom!

Made this today but used brown lentils, bertolli beans and black beans instead of beef mince. Still tasted good 😊

A tasty and colourful dinner! I couldn’t quite get the burger sauce right but think that I was just a bit heavy handed with the gherkin juice which was hard to fix. Potatoes were top tier!

Great recipe and really tasty however I personally found all the onion a bit too much. Will definitely make this again but next time half the amount of onion.

Love this! You can do half beans/lentils and half mince for more fibre. And use frozen fries/potato’s to make it quicker. I also added burger sauce on top to make it more burgery
