This was insane!! My partner had it hoovered down quicker that I thought was possible! Enough mince left to freeze and make wraps with at the weekend 🫶✨

Spices are wrong on the method so just be careful.

Really tasty! Great substitute for a big old burger… instead a big old bowl of the best bits 😋 we’re not a gherkin household BUT we did get adventurous with this one and although I may not have popped them all over I did chop some up and put them into the burger sauce 👌🏻 nom!

Made this today but used brown lentils, bertolli beans and black beans instead of beef mince. Still tasted good 😊

A tasty and colourful dinner! I couldn’t quite get the burger sauce right but think that I was just a bit heavy handed with the gherkin juice which was hard to fix. Potatoes were top tier!

Great recipe and really tasty however I personally found all the onion a bit too much. Will definitely make this again but next time half the amount of onion.

It was delicious! Accidentally bought pork mince but it was still lovely and my husband loved it as well! Forgot to take a picture though.

Love this! You can do half beans/lentils and half mince for more fibre. And use frozen fries/potato’s to make it quicker. I also added burger sauce on top to make it more burgery
