Easy dough to make and just add any toppings the kids want. For ease I sometimes just use a basic good tomato pasta sauce for the base or add some bbq sauce for variety. Great size and good cold for summer picnics

Personally I'd add a pinch of salt to the base but they are yummy. I'll be looking forward to lunch next week

Can’t wait for lunch tomorrow! Added cooked chicken tomatoes and red onion to these and just chicken to the rest of the batch for fussy kids!

I had to do an inspired version as I’m due food shopping so needed to use some things up. These were made with tomato puree instead of pesto and Red Leicester instead of mozzarella - the veg is hidden under the cheese as I’ve done them for my kids lunchboxes and they are very fussy 😅 I intend on doing the proper version in the next few days.

I have a very fussy toddler, can I use red pesto instead of green? He won't eat it if he sees any green 😂
