Im making this on repeat now and playing with the toppings. I added jam and desiccated coconut one week a this week I did a cream cheese frosting with freeze dried raspberries. Amazing base!!

Kids loved it. Be careful with the type of olive oil you use, ours had quite a strong olive taste so next time I'll try a lighter one.
