Definitely should have bought the salmon without the skin (had no other choices at Sobeys) but will definitely be making this again. Super easy to make with dairy free substitutes as well

Yummy! Tweaked to use veggies we had in the fridge, and mixed in quark as the cream cheese. Super tasty and can’t wait to make it again!

I enjoyed this but I probably should have reduced the cooking time (when cooking a single portion) as orzo was a bit mushy and over cooked

Really enjoyed this one. Great for a warm summer evening. I might put a little less cheese next time.
