Chocolate Brownie Balls

Welcome to this weeks Weekend Baking Club! As it’s still super hot I wanted to do a little no bake recipe that you can prep for the week ahead! These are such a good little fibre packed snack that you can have with a cup of coffee in the afternoon or they also make a really good pre-workout snack too if you want something speedy for a bit of energy before the gym! Either way they’re lovely and so customisable with any different toppings you fancy- I went with chopped hazelnuts but I’ve popped some other ideas in the notes!🩷

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, cocoa powder, ground almonds and salt. Stir in the honey, peanut butter, vanilla and milk until a thick brownie dough forms. If it feels too dry, add another splash of milk. Fold through the chocolate chips.
