Strawberry Cheesecake Oat Slices

It is finally strawberry season and I don't know if it is just me but I think they taste 1 million times better this time of year! They are soo fresh and juicy and I really wanted to get them in a recipe this week as our local farm has re-opened their strawberry picking! If you prefer raspberries or blueberries, it will also work lovely with those and frozen fruit can be used too!! Honestly these are such a tasty little snack that I have made them twice this week and you can slice them as big or small as you would like- they are a great lunchbox snack and they would also be a lovely on the go breakfast option too!

Is there a reason for yoghurt being 0%fat. Can you use full fat version?

This is essentially the same as baked oats right? I made the almond croissant baked oats and they're really helping me eat *something* at breakfast when the ADHD just don't eat anything. It's been a life saver, wanted to try new flavors

Love the recipe but not my execution 🤣 need to buy a baking tin as it stuck to this dish and felt it needed to be set more so need to try again and double check my quantities

Love these. Today made them in silicon cups because I had run out of baking paper to line a dish. Handy to have them ready portioned.

No- unfortunately I suffered with an eating disorder and as a result have never shared information like this. I want this app to be something where we enjoy food for what it is, thinking about what we can add and why it’s good for us- not just for the numbers 🩷 thank you for understanding x

I skipped the additional greek yoghurt in the recipe and will serve with fresh strawberries and greek yoghurt for breakfast tomorrow. Cannot wait to try it, it smells divine! 😋

Try to keep the jam away from the edges, it burns and you loose it in the bake.
