Bakewell Berry Crumble

Ahhhh- this might be one of my favourite breakfast recipes ever !!!! If you love a cherry Bakewell I promise you will absolutely love this! It’s a breakfast crumble, perfectly balanced with fibre and antioxidants from the fruit as well as healthy fats from the ground almonds and served with a dollop of yoghurt for protein it’s the bessssst nutritionally balanced autumnal breakfast EVER!! This would make about 4-6 portions too and it freezes really well!

Notes

Storage: Divide into portions and store in airtight containers for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

Reheat: Reheat in the air fryer or microwave and serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt for some protein!!!!
