Biscoff & Berry Overnight Oats

I looooove Biscoff ANYTHING and WOW these have been the best breakfast pros in this hot weather!!!! The Biscoff layer goes sooo well with the berries and it’s packed with protein from the Greek yoghurt, slow releasing carbs from the oats and healthy fats from the chia seeds so as well as it being sooo tasty it’s also packed with the right balance of nutrients to keep you full all morning!

The flavours are great! Personally I like my overnight oats quite runny, this is quite thick, so next time I will adjust the milk/yogurt ratio

This tastes delicious thanks Molly, made for my twelve year old who adores Biscoff to have before school . We didn’t have any chia seeds so used flax seed and worked well x
