Healthy Berry Crumble Bars

Welcome to this weeks Weekend Baking Club and if you are somebody that has some frozen berries in the freezer- this is the recipe for you! These are sooo easy to make, great for lunchboxes or as a healthy breakfast prep with a dollop of Greek yoghurt! They’re also even better if you reheat them in the air fryer for a few minutes so everything warms up!😍 these are one of my favourite ways to put those frozen berries to use and I hope you think so too!🩷🎉

This is absolutely delicious! I used just strawberries (as that’s what I had!) and it honestly tastes like jam crumble. Yum!
