Want to make this higher in protein?

Add in 300g of diced chicken breast when you cook the peppers and onions. This would also work great with 250g of 5% fat mince beef for a more 'burrito' type dish!

I added 4 garlic cloves, I also didn’t have crème fresh so I added soft cheese. A lovely recipe quick and easy! Me and my children enjoyed! Thank you
