Want to make this higher in protein?
Add in 300g of diced chicken breast when you cook the peppers and onions. This would also work great with 250g of 5% fat mince beef for a more 'burrito' type dish!

Made it?
Tenderstem broccoli & garlic bread

The chilli powder came out a bit too quick so we ended up with a very spicy version! Would definitely cook again (with less chilli)

Delicious!!! The only thing I’d say is that you don’t need the garlic bread, it is so filling without!

An easy, tasty dinner. Added sweetcorn with the halloumi as I had some to use up and served it with tenderstem broccoli. Forgot to take a photo 🤦🏻♀️

I second the person who said how do we not eat the cooked halloumi while we're waiting for it to cook 😆 Very nice though!

This is amazing! I made with the chicken included and used chicken stock as I didn't have any vegetable handy. Even my vegie hating teen loved it. I just need tips on how not to snack on the lovely crispy halloumi whilst the rest is cooking 🤣
