Healthy Toaster Banana Bread

You know I love a banana bread and I absolutely love it toasted but find the ones I usually make (because I use self raising flour) are a bit too big and fluffy for the toaster so enter the toaster friendly breakfast banana bread!🩷🍌 this is perfect for breakfast, it has slow releasing carbs from the oats, healthy fats from the chia and flaxseeds and of course it’s still got chocolate! All you have to do is wait until completely cool to slice then pop it in the toaster and serve with some yoghurt for an easy breakfast!🩷🍌

Recently joined the app and made the toaster banana bread ( added in seeds including flax & chia). Very impressed with how it turned out, nice quick filling breakfast 😀

Very tasty. Took a fair bit longer to cook than the recipe, but my bananas were huge so assuming it was extra moist do that reason. Will definitely make again
