Lemon & Blueberry Cheesecake Baked Oats

I am gutted it has started raining as this breakfast has been incredible in this sunny weather! I think lemon and blueberry are a match made in heaven and such a lovely summery combo and this is my first summery style baked oats! Its bursting with juicy blueberries and a lovely cheesecake topping with that citrus from the lemon- SOO good! If you love this flavour combo too then you will love these for the week ahead!

A great tip - I use frozen berries instead of fresh. A little money saver and works just as well!

I made with raspberries as I don't like blueberries. Delicious. Everyone else in the house took some and normally they leave my baked oats alone.
