I think sausage and mash is one of the best comfort dinners there is and this is such a fun take on the classic! The sausages are coated in a honey mustard dressing and wrapped into a pinwheel shape which is sooo easy! Then the best part is drenching them in the easiest homemade red onion gravy alongside a big portion of creamy mash!! YUM

Take each sausage and gently stretch it slightly to pull it out the skin, then curl it round into a tight pinwheel shape. You can secure with a cocktail stick if needed- I did this and it worked really well!!
