Big Mac-Style Sliders

This week was Liams birthday and I asked him what he fancied for dinner this week and this is was what he requested! We used to love having these on a Saturday night when we fancied something that felt naughty but nutritious and these always hit the spot! Serve with skin on fries, homemade wedges or a big side salad- I am sure you will LOVE these for a speedy dinner!

Another fab meal! I don’t like gherkins so I used Dijon mustard and some lemon juice to make the Big Mac sauce, still tasted great but forgot to take a photo
