Made the Biscoff raspberry cheesecake baked oats. I’ve run out of raspberry’s so used up some frozen summer fruits. Smells delicious can’t wait for breakfast tomorrow

I didn't have raspberries so used blueberries, and added a little pistachio and biscoff spread to the top 😆. Tried a round cake tin this time, it was fine, but I'll go back to using the brownie tin.

These were yum, I'll make again! Needed an extra 10mins in my oven to fully cook.

Just to note - The ingredients for the cheesecake and protein rolls have all combined in the method. X

And the quantities for some parts (Greek yogurt) don't match the ingredients list. X

Banana muffins were great! I ran out of walnuts - so added flaked almonds on top left over from when I made the almond croissant baked oats!

These were insane, only 5 in the pic as I had already eaten one straight from the oven 😂 x

Made the muffins in a miniature tray so yummy wouldn’t know there wasn’t any sugar in them. Didn’t use the nuts so they can be taken to school
