Made the Biscoff raspberry cheesecake baked oats. I’ve run out of raspberry’s so used up some frozen summer fruits. Smells delicious can’t wait for breakfast tomorrow

I didn't have raspberries so used blueberries, and added a little pistachio and biscoff spread to the top 😆. Tried a round cake tin this time, it was fine, but I'll go back to using the brownie tin.

Banana muffins were great! I ran out of walnuts - so added flaked almonds on top left over from when I made the almond croissant baked oats!

Made the muffins in a miniature tray so yummy wouldn’t know there wasn’t any sugar in them. Didn’t use the nuts so they can be taken to school
