Freezer Prep Pancakes

I shared these thick and fluffy pancakes on my recent video which are perfect for prepping ahead to make busy mornings that little bit easier and I had quite a few requests for the recipe! They are made with oats and Greek yoghurt for a boost of fibre and protein, they’re soft, delicious and freezer-friendly. I just make a batch, pop them in the freezer and reheat whenever you fancy a quick breakfast!

Should it be fat free or full fat Greek yoghurt?

Made these this morning and they were delish! Have kept me full until lunch, which is a bonus on a busy work day! Made mine slightly too big so I didn’t quite get 12 😅

Need to try these again on a lower heat and experiment with the timings - very tasty though ☺️
