Protein Seeded Bread Loaf

I love making bagels and bread rolls with the greek yoghurt and flour mix so I thought it might be nice to turn it into a sliceable loaf this week! This is a protein packed fluffy loaf with some seeds for extra fibre and healthy fats- I buy my mixed seeds from Aldi and they are so good but you can use any you fancy! A mix of sunflower seeds, flaxseed, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, all of these are great options!

This makes bread so easy! I was considering a bread maker but I’m saving my money and making this from now on. I added my own home grown poppy seeds as well. Can’t wait to enjoy this with the tuna crunch Challenge entry week 4 x
