Used Quorn chicken tenders instead to keep it super easy and veggie friendly, and loved this! So fresh and so much variety and flavour 😍

Loved this!! It took me ages to make, I must be a real faff in the kitchen 😂 Didn’t have enough bread crumbs so I whizzed up some mixed seeds and a slice of sourdough to make up the weight of bread crumbs. Also not a fan of spice so left out the chipotle sauce and the dressing was amazing 🤩

This was awesome. My 17 year old son cooked for the family. A nice easy to follow recipe that pleased us all.

Loved this! Never had a rice box from KFC but the sauce with the lettuce, sweetcorn & pickled red cabbage was incredible!
