Freezer
Wrap individual frittata slices or full bagels tightly, or store in a freezer bag.

Reheat
Microwave: 60–90 seconds from chilled, 2–3 minutes from frozen.
Air fryer: 160°C for 6–8 minutes - great for keeping the bagel crisp.

Oh my gosh .. SO YUMMY. That’s my lunches sorted for the week which is incredible as I struggle to find the time sometimes! Yet to try from reheat but the immediately ready one was delicious.

Love this for lunch. I skip the hot honey and make the Molly's bagels. Freeze them and then can grab for lunch as needed. Take out just before I go to bed and ready for lunchtime

Also you can swap out the hot honey for chilli jam, i tried adding pulled chicken and it works a dream. Scrumptious
