Oaty Jammy Dodger Bars

I spotted some jammy dodgers on offer in Tesco too so had to pick some of those up as Liam loves them! I thought I would turn them in to these oaty bars as a way to stretch the pack a bit further but also get in some extra fibre! These would also be a great little on the go breakfast or lunchbox snack for little ones too!

I made a variation of this as I didn’t have jammy dodgers or raspberries so used blueberries and dark choc - so good!

I just use a medium sized rectangular tin but a brownie tin would work too!
