A nice alternative to a Sunday dinner

Oh my! I think this has to be one of my favourite recipes I've tried so far! Ultimate comfort food perfect for the cozy season and cute served up in the Yorkshire puds. I used homemade Yorkshire puds as the shops were out of the bigger ones and I swapped the beef mince for turkey mince as we had some left from another recipe. Clean plates all around which is always a win!

deconstructed because homemade yorkies didn’t sink a whole in the middle but still yummy!!! 🥰

These were another hit with the family tonight will definitely be making again.

Absolutely fantastic recipe, I won't be able to not put my mince and tatties into a Yorkshire pudding ever again 🤤 (I didn't add the tomato paste etc to my mince as wanted a more classic mince and tatties taste. )

I couldn’t find LARGE yorkies so had to go for more of the smaller ones. Didn’t regret that! Really yummy cosy winter warmer. I still have loads of the mince mixture left for the freezer too 🥰

No cheese on my stuffed Yorkshire puds but everyone else loved the cheesy topping…they ate them before I could grab photos!
