Notes

Pesto chicken sandwich filler- feel free to swap the chicken for 2 x cans of drained chickpeas for a veggie alternative. You could also use 4 tins of tuna, this works well too!!

Nutritionists Rocky Road- if you want to make this even healthier, swap regular chocolate for 70% dark chocolate and consider adding in any extras you have! Raisins, chopped dates or even chia seeds work well here!

Just the wrap filler to do later! Cooked the chicken at the same time as the bagels ❤️. Terrible bagel shape but first time!
