Biscoff Breakfast Bars

If Biscoff for breakfast sounds like your kind of thing, these are for you !! These Biscoff Breakfast Bars are soft, oaty and packed with little chunks of dark chocolate and crunchy Biscoff! They have 7g of protein per square from the cottage cheese being blended into the base (and I promise you can’t tell!!!) they are perfect for making ahead for busy mornings but I also love them as a post-workout snack when you want something a little more substantial (and delicious!) than your usual snack! I really recommend warming them up with a dollop of Greek yoghurt!!

Another fab recipe. My kids demolished these and have requested them for packed lunches - looks like another regular bake for me to add to the list 😅

These didn’t make it to breakfast time as the kids loved them but have been perfect for lunchboxes or snacks!

These are really good! Any tips for how best to freeze them?

If you can wrap them individually in foil or baking paper it stops them from sticking together, if not an airtight bag for up to 3 months 🩷

These are INCREDIBLE. I didn’t have enough biscoff biscuits but I put a tbsp of biscoff spread in instead.

This is so delicious! Half gone in the photo because the kids stole some before I could take the photo 😂. Definitely one we’ll be doing on a weekly basis.

Was sceptical about the cottage cheese as not a fan, but it mixes in really well. Great recipe!

These were so nice, I increased the ingredients as I wanted to use 4 eggs and it worked out perfectly. The app is great the way it easily adapted the ingredient measurements. These are filling and tasty and easy to make. I used 100g quark and 300g collage cheese and it worked out fine
