Healthy High-Protein Scones

Welcome to this weeks Weekend Baking Club! This week we have these high protein scones! This makes a small batch of 4 and has 8g of protein per scone! They're so fluffy, soooooo moreirsh and perfect with some salted butter and a dollop of strawberry jam for a sweet treat in the evening! My mixture was quite sticky , think I put in slightly too much Greek yogurt They came out a bit flat But they taste really nice ( added some raisins to recipe and topped with a bit of jam )

AMAZING! I added some mozzerella cheese in the mix and a sprinkle on the top, also a small amount of mixed herbs too ♥️🤤
