Swap out the chicken and bacon for 2 x 400g tin of butter beans and cook them in the same spices in the air fryer at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes!
Fold in shredded lettuce just before serving so it stays crispy

Love it - could have sat and eaten it all with a spoon! Topped my salads with it, and tried it in a wrap - warning it’s very more-ish!
