Notes

Freeze for up to 3 months or store in the fridge for up to 3 days | Reheat in the air fryer from the fridge at 180 degrees for 8 minutes or from frozen at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes just try and wrap in foil to stop the bagel from toasting too much or microwave from the fridge for 60 seconds full power or 2 minutes from frozen, just wrap in a damp paper towel!! | If you want a lighter option feel free to enjoy a slice without the bagel- it’s just as filling from the feta!

Delicious i replaced cherry tomatoes with baby spinach as i dont love tomatoes and had some spinach to use up. The herbs were a delicious addition

Had these for lunch this past week, and oh my god they were delicious !!! I added 2 more eggs to make it go a bit further as I made 6 portions as my pan was a bit big for 4 portions.
