Step 1
Mash the 2 bananas really well, then mix with the oats, chia, flaxseed, milk, yoghurt, honey, vanilla and a tiny pinch of salt. The mixture should look slightly looser than you'd ultimately like, as the chia and flax will thicken everything up!!!

Very tasty, however I would probably only make they two at a time as by the time I got to the third the banana in the creamy top had started to brown. Xx

Not a great photo as I ran out of banana for the decoration. 🤣Delicious though!

2nd time making.. Used 300ml milk instead of 450 to make less runny, and popped the oats in the fridge for 30 mins to set before doing the topping. Put the topping in the blender and blended it too much this time!🤦🏼♀️ So won't do that again.. But taste check ✅ Biscuit and extra banana will be added when eaten! Can't wait for breakfasts this week!

Amazing lovely! It’s all a bit of trial and error with overnight oats to get the right consistency isn’t it but when you have it it’s so good!!😍🩷

My new breakfast obsession. For some reason it didn't come out as runny as I expected, but I'm fairly rubbish at overnight oats😆 Still yummy though!

Thank you Amy! Sometimes it just depends on the brand of oats! I’m so glad you enjoyed them🩷

Tastes better on day 2 - topped with a sprinkling of high protein granola as needed to use it up. Also slightly less milk for me next time as I like it more firm. Brilliant prep ahead breakfast

Could I ask if you share nutritional info on each recipe? And if so how do I find it please :)

I don’t share any nutritional information. really want it to be a space that focuses more on adding nourishing foods, variety, protein, fibre and all the good stuff rather than meals being defined by a calorie number. I completely understand that some people do like to track calories though, so if that’s something that works well for you, you can absolutely pop the ingredients/recipe into a tracker or something like ChatGPT to work them out for your own needs 🥰 I just wanted the app itself to reflect my approach to food and nutrition xx

Not as close the the M&S as I thought it would be, a bit runny and the mixture on top needs to be more custardy, that being said it’s the first overnight oats i’ve genuinely enjoyed and will be making again!

You could always add some custard powder it just means adding some UPFs which I know some people aren’t keen on 🩷

My daughter and me are really looking forward to these this week, she loves overnight oats - thank you for a lovely recipe. Mine above came out quite messy and I think we’d all like a link to the containers you use please! 😆
