Hot Honey Halloumi Orzo

I feel like any recipe where hot honey and halloumi are combined, it is always going to be a winner and this meal prep orzo is no exception. It’s made with a creamy high protein dressing, lots of different iron rich veggies (but feel free to add whatever you fancy or need to use) and tastes absolutely gorgeous cold for a meal prep lunch- I think this would also be such a lovely side at a BBQ too!!

Really tasty, didn’t have pomegranate but that would have made it even tastier. Quick and easy to batch for lunches for the rest of the week.
