Wish it turned out a little more juicy. Also chose a bad cut of meat so it was a little but chewy. But overall nice dish.

Nice and easy bung it in the slow cooker and go. Mine was a little dry as didn’t realise it was only for 2 people and I needed to make for 4 so I didn’t have enough tins of tomatoes to make it saucy.

Amazing pie, very saucy with enough left to form the base of the gravy to serve with whilst it baked!

Made tonight, it was delish! I was worried there was no extra water so I did add a little but didn’t need it!

Can I check, the stock or gravy granules aren’t being added with water?

No they’re not, you just add them as they are x it’s to help thicken it!

Can we use instant gravy powder, my family isn't a fan of gravy granules? 😊

Is it possible to use instant gravy powder? We don't have a great selection of gravy granules in Aus 😊
