Ingredients: 6 Chicken sausages; 75 g Chorizo; 1 Red onion; 2 Red peppers; 1/2 sachet Fajita seasoning; 1 tsp Garlic granules; 1 tsp Cumin; 1/2 tsp Paprika; 1 tsp Cajun seasoning; 100 ml Elmlea light double cream; 150 ml Chicken stock; 1 handful Parmesan

If you always walk past chicken sausages in the supermarket this is your sign to pick them up and try them in this dish! They’re quick and easy and a nice change from regular sausages too. This actually came about because we wanted fajitas but didn’t have any wraps, only lots of potatoes but I’m sooo glad we’ve been having it every other week ever since!!🇲🇽❤️

Start by slicing your chicken sausages and cook this in a tablespoon of oil with the chorizo for around 10 minutes until cooked (when the sausage changes colour).

Really tasty will have again..it doesnt say on the recipe doesnt say when to put the spices in so did it at the same time as adding the peppers and onion
