Oat, Raisin & Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These are like a hybrid of the oat and raisin granola slices and the oat and raisin cookies you can buy from the supermarket but with dark chocolate chips (because everything is better with chocolate!!) they are thick, a good source of fibre and super filling to keep you going all afternoon! They would also be a great on the go breakfast or they are also 10/10 warmed up with some greek yoghurt!! This makes 6 chunky cookies but feel free to turn it into 12 smaller ones too!

Really tasty! I prefer cranberries to raisins so subbed them and they’re SO good!

Well I liked them. My husband said they would be nicer without the chocolate 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey my lovely! If you add a picture to any recipe you make it automatically enters you to the draw once it registers that there has been 4 pictures, I also count them every day so I don’t miss any🩷🩷
