Lemon Blueberry White Chocolate Loaf

I think whenever it gets a bit warm outside one of the best summery baking combinations is lemon and blueberry! I added in some white chocolate too because sometimes you just need a chocolate fix as well! This is such a lovely afternoon snack with a cup of tea and a dollop of yoghurt but you could definitely have a big slice for breakfast too! It will also leave the kitchen smelling AMAZING
