The photo doesn’t do this justice, I couldn’t find the right noodles and I had a bit of excess liquid so it was more soupy, but the flavours are amazing. Can’t wait for the leftovers tomorrow!

Made this one other night, tasted amazing however the chicken wasn’t anywhere near cooked after 30 minutes took around 60 minutes until it was cooked so will bare that in mind next time!

Cooked, however it was nowhere near cooked at 30 mins at 180, it took 65 mins. Next time I will sear the meat first as this was not in the recipe and will speed up the cooking time
