Chicken Pad Thai

If you are looking for a Friday fakeaway, this is the recipe!! If you love satay chicken and saucy noodles, these will be right up your street. Packed with fibre, veggies, colour and protein- this recipe ticks all the boxes of a balanced and tasty dinner with only one pan to wash up! Woooo! Note: If you don't want to make this dinner as a dump bag, that's no problem! Just add all the ingredients listed to the baking tray at the same time and cook using the instructions below!

Add all dump bag ingredients into a large freezer bag or container. Mix well so the chicken and veg are coated in the sauce.

Made this one other night, tasted amazing however the chicken wasn’t anywhere near cooked after 30 minutes took around 60 minutes until it was cooked so will bare that in mind next time!

Cooked, however it was nowhere near cooked at 30 mins at 180, it took 65 mins. Next time I will sear the meat first as this was not in the recipe and will speed up the cooking time
