These were so tasty. The recipe makes a really light and airy sponge. Unfortunately I didn’t have any light olive oil so I used extra virgin olive oil and only half the quantity which seemed to work well. Super delicious and another fab recipe to add to my ever growing list of go to recipes on this app 💕

These taste great and are really moist. All 3 of my children 11, 9 and 5 loved them. I didn't tell them about the vegetables until after they said how nice they were, I made them guess what was in them. Another healthy summer snack, they love the banana breakfast muffins too. The mix does resemble swap water when you mix the cocoa with the green wet ingredients together,so not sure they'd have eaten them had they seen that!!!
