Chocolate Brownie Baked Oats

Because snack prep this week didn't have any chocolate... I thought breakfast needed to make up for it! These were so good and felt so decadent for a breakfast! They are really filling from the greek yoghurt and the oats are a great slow releasing carbohydrate to keep you feeling satisfied all morning- they would also be a great lunchbox snack too! Feel free to add in any extras, some chopped nuts or a few blobs of peanut butter could work so well here too!

Loved this recipe. I made this last week for breakfast and it satisfied my chocolate cravings. I used chia seeds instead of mixed seeds as that is all I had. I think they would go well with warmed raspberries and Greek yoghurt which is what I am going to try next time.

Glorious! Will be lovely as a quick brekkie warmed up in the microwave with some berries and Greek yoghurt!

Didn’t have quite enough dark chocolate so added some desiccated coconut at the end for Bounty vibes!

Incredible!! This really hits the chocolate craving 😍 I’ve seen some have said it’s a bit rich, it isn’t for me, it’s perfectly chocolatey but I do have a ridiculously sweet tooth 😂
