Chocolate Brownie Baked Oats

Because snack prep this week didn't have any chocolate... I thought breakfast needed to make up for it! These were so good and felt so decadent for a breakfast! They are really filling from the greek yoghurt and the oats are a great slow releasing carbohydrate to keep you feeling satisfied all morning- they would also be a great lunchbox snack too! Feel free to add in any extras, some chopped nuts or a few blobs of peanut butter could work so well here too!

Second time I’ve made this, I love it. Feels like a really indulgent breakfast. Made it with salted dark chocolate this time and it’s delicious 😋

Wow these are delicious! Yes they are rich and yes they are very chocolatey but that’s the whole reason I made them 😛. Cut mine into 6 portions, froze and then microwaved for 40 seconds then served with a dollop of Greek yoghurt. I love them!

Wowzers, these are amazing 🥰 Didn’t have enough mixed seeds so used some chai and flaxseeds as well to make up to 50g (like someone who had made the recipe previously - so thank you - I wouldn’t have thought to put chai seeds in) One of my favourite recipes and I’ve made quite a few ☺️

Loved this recipe. I made this last week for breakfast and it satisfied my chocolate cravings. I used chia seeds instead of mixed seeds as that is all I had. I think they would go well with warmed raspberries and Greek yoghurt which is what I am going to try next time.

Glorious! Will be lovely as a quick brekkie warmed up in the microwave with some berries and Greek yoghurt!

Didn’t have quite enough dark chocolate so added some desiccated coconut at the end for Bounty vibes!

Incredible!! This really hits the chocolate craving 😍 I’ve seen some have said it’s a bit rich, it isn’t for me, it’s perfectly chocolatey but I do have a ridiculously sweet tooth 😂

Makes a brilliant breakfast option! Myself, my 5 year old and 1 year old all had it for breakfast this morning. 5 year old thought it was great she was getting chocolate cake for breakfast
