Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Make the beef filling. Heat a large frying pan with a little oil or cooking spray. Add the onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. Add the beef mince and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes, 1 tbsp harissa, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic granules and oregano. Season with salt and pepper, then cook for another 5–6 minutes until the tomatoes have softened and the mixture is rich and fairly thick.

Loved this, doesn’t say where to use the hot honey. I put it in thr mince and the sauce mix. 🙌🏻🤣 Used Gruyère cheese and white pittas.
