Such an easy recipe to follow and uses just one dish! Instead of chopped tomatoes I used passata as that’s all I had in the cupboard.

We ended up doubling the gnocchi for 4 people but very delicious and a new way of cooking Gnocchi that I wouldn’t have thought of!
