Pepperoni Pizza Gnocchi Bake

This pepperoni pizza gnocchi is perfect when you fancy a pizza but want something a bit lighter and it couldn’t be easier—everything goes straight onto one tray and into the oven. The gnocchi turns soft in the middle with slightly crispy edges and the pepperoni and cheese bring all the flavour.

Such an easy recipe to follow and uses just one dish! Instead of chopped tomatoes I used passata as that’s all I had in the cupboard.

We ended up doubling the gnocchi for 4 people but very delicious and a new way of cooking Gnocchi that I wouldn’t have thought of!
