Notes

Homemade tortillas !! This will make 8🥰🩷

Ingredients ⬇️

  • 500g plain flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 250–300ml warm water

Method ⬇️

  • Add the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and pour in the olive oil and gradually add the warm water, mixing until a shaggy dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutesuntil smooth!

  • Divide into 8 equal balls, cover and leave to rest for about 15 mins

  • Roll each ball into a really thin circle on a floured surface and cook in a hot, dry frying pan for 1–2 minutes on each side

  • These freeze really well too!!

Storage: Store in the fridge wrapped up in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
