Mini Banana Biscoff Loaves

I spotted this mini loaf tin on amazon and had to get one! They are fantastic, so good for portion control and the perfect size for a little snack and great for lunchboxes too! Filled with dark chocolate chips, mixed seeds, banana and topped with that lovely crumbled biscoff these have been a winner as a snack this week. I have popped the timings for if you wanted to turn this into a larger loaf too! Enjoy!

I was tired and poured all of the biscuit into the mix whoops, so sprinkled some oats on top. Still yummy! And they look very cute ☺️

We made muffins as we don’t have a loaf tin and they were lovely - big hit with my 7 year old!

These were so much nicer than I expected! Moist and sweet enough. Made as muffins as didn’t have a mini loaf tin but got 12 decent sized cakes.
