Mini Protein Bread Loaves

These mini protein loaves are such an easy little savoury bake and perfect for breakfasts, lunches or snacks! They’re soft, fluffy and packed with around 9g protein each, plus you can completely customise them with any little extras you fancy like grated cheese, spring onions, herbs, chilli flakes or even cooked bacon or ham is sooo good too. I have been having them with some cream cheese and smoked salmon but they’re also great for picky plates or SOOOO good dipped in hummus !!!! If you don’t have a mini loaf tin you can turn the same mixture into one big loaf and bake at 170°C fan for 40–50 minutes until golden and cooked through!!!

I need to get a baby loaf tin, but I have attempted a "big loaf". I only had mixed herbs to put in the mix, and chia seeds for on top but it smells amazing! It's crying out for a bit of cheese to be toasted on to! 🤤
