Lovely flavour, really enjoyed this and will definitely make again 🍑 Mine came out a little stodgy and caught on the edges (was a bit late putting the foil on!), might lower the oven temp to 160°C next time

I should have cooked this longer cooked as it ended up being a bit stodgy in the middle. Apparently that made it better though haha - tastes and smells amazing. Definitely plan baking it again.
