Made these with a slight twist. Used pork mince and black pudding and added some homemade Caramelised onion which is what made the filling a bit too wet. Really delicious though.

The meat mixture was lovely, I used pork mince but the light pastry was a disaster. It stuck to the paper and I had to chuck it. I asked chat gpt what to do with the mince and made a meat loaf. Will try normal pastry next time.

These smell amazing and I can’t wait for lunch! Gone with a more “rustic” appearance and added some sesame seeds

Made a batch for the family packed lunches next week. Very solid (in a good way) I didn’t season this batch enough I don’t think will adjust for next time

My toddler absolutely loves a sausage roll so I was so excited to see these and praying that she loved them. Super easy to make, we ended up having them for dinner with a salad. Would definitely make them again!
