Mango Chutney & Chicken Tikka Folded Wraps

OMG these might be my favourite recipe that I have ever shared on here! I cannot even tell you how good (and EASY) these were!! They come together in less than 30 minutes, taste like a takeaway and have over 40g of protein (even more if you swap the chicken thighs for chicken breast too!!) I am an absolute sucker for mango chutney but these would also work really well if you used yoghurt mint sauce instead too! I went for tikka paste but feel free to use korma or madras to make it more like your favourite curry!

Presentation not the greatest (found it hard to keep everything contained when assembling), but really tasty. My 7 year old has said she would have them again - taking that as a win! I have also made extra as a quick lunch for tomorrow :-)

Used tika paste after reading comments. Great dinner idea. More chicken than I could fit in the wrap!

This was a huge hit with the whole family! The toddlers had theirs deconstructed but absolutely demolished their plate. My husbands words were “we’re definitely having this again!”

I think I have noticed a mistake you say on step to mix the tikka paste and spices...but the ingredants only mention powder.....

Didn’t get a photo of this one because I am so bad with wraps and the presentation was awful but these were very easy to make! Perfect for a quick dinner 🍽️

I made it with a halloumi instead of chicken and it was really lovely. Another one I will be making on repeat 🧡
